All athletes, coaches, program staff and parents are bound by Gymnastics Victoria and Gymnastics Australia policies, procedures, rules, regulations and codes of conduct as listed on the Gymnastics Victoria website. For details click here. 

In addition to GV and GA policies, the Gymnastics Victoria MAG High Performance Program Fee Policy forms part of our agreement with athletes and families. A signed Fee Policy must be completed  as part of our agreement with athletes and families. The completed Fee Policy form must be returned to the Program Office prior to the commencement of the athlete training in the program (click here for the policy).

We use the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) website as out guide regarding training cancellations due to heat. As of 7am on the day, if the highest forecast temperature in Melbourne for that day is to be 36 degrees or higher, then the afternoon training session may be cancelled, moved or modified. Any morning training scheduled for that day will proceed as normal.
